HRD - NOT ATTESTING CERTIFICATES
The following CERTIFICATES will not be authenticated from HRD.
But some of the Embassy Attestations can be done for these
Certificates.

1. Affidavit
2. Birth
3. Bona-fide
4. Experience
5. Earlier attested
6. Foreign
7. House surgeon
8. Internship/Leaving
9. Membership
10. Migration
11. Marriage
12. Registration
13. Syllabus
14. Private
15. Special
16. Thesis
17. Translation
18. Transfer
19. Training
20. Mutilated/damaged documents
21. Certificates issued by school or college
22. Provisional certificates other than issued by
University/Board/Council. This can be done if it is counter
signed by the registrar of the University to which the college
is affiliated.
23. Provisional Certificates more than two years old. But it can
be done if produce a letter from the department mentioning that
the original certificate is not issued.
24. Mark lists/transcripts. But, in case of students going
abroad for higher studies, this will be authenticated by HRD,
for this, candidates have to produce the original
call/invitation letter from Abroad.
25. Degree certificates in English unaccompanied by
Hindi/vernacular version or vice- versa where certificates are
issued in more than one language.
